Because this is a digital learning membership, your purchase includes instant access to downloadable content and the members-only area.
For this reason, the following refund policy applies:
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

forgetting to cancel

dissatisfaction with personal preference

technical issues on your device (we will help you troubleshoot)
This is standard for digital memberships where content is delivered immediately.

2. Membership Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
It is your responsibility to:

update your payment details

cancel before your next renewal if you no longer wish to continue
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not trigger refunds.

3. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice by mistake, please contact me immediately.
Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification.

Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first may result in:
