Refund Policy — The Gentle Path

Thank you for supporting The Gentle Path.
Because this is a digital learning membership, your purchase includes instant access to downloadable content and the members-only area.

For this reason, the following refund policy applies:

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • unused membership time

  • forgetting to cancel

  • accidental purchases

  • dissatisfaction with personal preference

  • technical issues on your device (we will help you troubleshoot)

This is standard for digital memberships where content is delivered immediately.

2. Membership Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

It is your responsibility to:

  • manage your subscription

  • update your payment details

  • cancel before your next renewal if you no longer wish to continue

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not trigger refunds.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice by mistake, please contact me immediately.
Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification.

4. Technical Problems

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your materials, I’m always happy to help.

Most issues can be resolved quickly with:

  • fresh download links

  • updated file formats

  • resend of unit files

  • troubleshooting advice

These situations do not qualify for refunds but will be fully supported.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, genuine emergencies, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of The Gentle Path.

This ensures compassion without compromising membership fairness or sustainability.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first may result in:

  • account suspension

  • removal from the membership

  • loss of access to all materials

Please reach out before disputing a payment — we will always try to help.
