Terms of Service — The Gentle Path

1. Overview

The Gentle Path provides digital learning resources delivered through a weekly subscription model.
All content is designed for personal, at-home educational use.

These Terms apply to:

• site visitors

• free users

• subscribers

• anyone accessing or downloading content from The Gentle Path

2. Membership & Billing

2.1 Subscription

By subscribing, you gain access to:

• weekly learning units

• all current and future units released during your active membership

• the members-only area of the website

2.2 Automatic Renewal

All memberships renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).

You are responsible for managing your subscription.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

2.3 Cancellation

When you cancel:

• your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period

• you will not be billed again

• you will lose access to the members area once the billing period ends

Cancellations do not generate refunds (see Refund Policy).

3. Digital Product Delivery

All learning units are delivered digitally via:

• downloadable PDFs

• access to the Members Area

• subscriber emails (when relevant)

No physical products will be mailed.

Access to previously released units is available only while your membership is active.

4. Personal Use Licence

All content inside The Gentle Path — including units, worksheets, text, illustrations, and PDF files — is protected by copyright.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your own household only.

You may:

• print the units for your own children

• use the materials in your personal homeschool

​

You may NOT:

• share the files with friends, family, or groups

• post the PDFs online

• email or redistribute any content

• use the materials in classrooms, co-ops, playgroups, or commercial settings without written permission

• resell, modify, or rebrand the materials

Sharing content outside your household harms the sustainability of this membership.
Please respect the creator’s copyright.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details private

• ensuring your payment method stays up to date

• cancelling your plan if you no longer wish to continue

If suspicious activity or account sharing is detected, access may be paused or terminated.

6. Refunds

Because subscribers receive immediate access to digital content, The Gentle Path does not offer refunds for:

• change of mind

• forgetting to cancel

• unused membership periods

• accidental purchases

7. Website Content & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate, high-quality content, but we cannot guarantee that:

• the website will be error-free

• the service will be uninterrupted

• every unit will meet every child’s needs

The Gentle Path is not responsible for educational outcomes or suitability for specific learning needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Gentle Path is not liable for:

• losses due to website downtime

• accidental file loss

• dissatisfaction with content

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
